OK….so I’m a little late in posting this session, but better late than never right?   Wedding season has me slammed and the poor blog, well, it’s neglected to say the least!  Early last week I had a crazy “family emergency” of sorts, and ended up taking a red-eye to San Francisco Tuesday.  I didn’t get home till Friday and lost an entire week of work.   Needless to say, blogging has been bottom of the old priority list till now!  So….here I am, back in town and I’m going to do my absolute best to get all caught up on this thing over the next week.  San Francisco, by-the-way, is beautiful!  I didn’t take my regular camera since, like I said, I caught a red-eye and didn’t really have time to pack a bag, nor did I want to check a bag….so the point-and-shoot/video camera that my hubby and I have had to do for the photos.  I’ll try and share some later….but first of all, let me catch up on some of my clients!

Rashad  - Well, I did this session at the beginning of May.  He was great to work with – his mom and step-dad own my favorite little produce stand here in town – Payton’s Produce.  They are great people, and it’s been fun getting to know them!

When Alex told me her vision for her session I couldn’t help but get excited – I LOVE anything vintage and it’s rare that I get a chance to photograph a session with a vintage twist.   Alex’s wardrobe (and her beauty!!!) is really what made this session perfect…..well, the setting was awesome too….but the wardrobe and Alex…I love it!  If I were rich, I would hire this girl to be my stylist.  :-) (Did I mention I LOVE vintagey things?).  So….being that her outfits were vintage, it was only proper that I give a few of these photos a vintage twist in the processing.

I loved photographing Nicole – we went down to one of my all time favorite areas to photograph (Kalama) and walked all over the place.   We finished up her session just in time….as I drove off it started pouring buckets!   It was wonderful meeting her and her family (well…part of it!) she was an absolute sweetie and a pleasure to work with.   Thanks for having me as your photographer Nicole!

I photographed Tyler’s senior session a few weeks back and it was a blast.   Last year I got to photograph his older brother Preston, so I was already familiar with his family, which made my job even easier!   We went all over the place for his photos, got some great shots, and I was super happy with how his photos turned out.   Thanks guys for having me as your photographer!  

Miss Kelly and I met up a few weeks back for her senior photos,  I had a blast on her session despite nearly getting rained out at the end.  She did amazing….you can’t see it in the photos her but the wind was CRAZY, and even though it wouldn’t have been that cold normally, adding the wind to it made us both freeze.   But she was a tough one and made it through…and with a big smile on her face the whole time!  Thanks Kelly!  It was wonderful to meet you and I hope you enjoy your photos!

A few weeks back I had the awesome opportunity to photograph Abby.  She looked absolutely gorgeous for her pictueres and I had so much fun with her!  We did the majority of her session at her home, but then drove around to a few other locations, finishing out at Willow Grove Beach.  Thank you so much Abby for having me as your photographer!!!

This one was one of my absolute FAVES from the session – I was totally thrilled when Abby’s mom ordered this as a 24″ by 36″ canvas….it’s going to look AWESOME!

I had a blast photographing Matthew!  I had to drive aways – Stevenson to be exact, but it was a gorgeous drive and the scenery on the way was to die for!  I loved being able to use the background of the Columbia Gorge for some of these images….so stunning!   Thank you Matthew for having me as your photographer!

Had a blast with Kyler at his senior session.   We trekked all over….totally lucked out with the lovely weather, and I throughly enjoyed the session!  Thank you guys for having me as your photographer!

I met up with Brooke and her mom a few weeks ago for her senior session.  We lucked out with some gorgeous weather for that afternoon.  We all drove all over the place for this session and I am so happy with how these turned out!   Brooke  looked amazing and is so pretty!!!  Thank you guys for having me as your photographer!

Liz and I met up a few weeks ago for her senior session in Rainier – it was a perfect day for shooting and I was so glad to be out working in it!

I’ve known Liz for a few years now – we actually take a dance class together once a week (I’m the old lady in the class!). I was honored that she asked me to take her senior photos and I hope she is happy with them!  Thank you Liz!  Enjoy!  :-)
