Met up with this gal at her family home in West Longview and it was seriously the PERFECT setting for senior photos. An old barn, apple orchard, white fences and a huge pasture…….beautiful. She looked pretty darn gorgeous herself and I loved how these ones turned out.

Love this girl! She is one of the sweetest, most amazing little gals I know. I met her several years back when she started coming to our church youth group (I used to help out with the group sometimes) and then we ended up taking dance together (I’m the old lady in the hip-hop class). She amazes me with her love of God and incredible heart for Him. She’s also very beautiful and quite photogenic, making my job pretty darn easy. I loved how these photos turned out and felt honored that she asked me to be her senior photographer! Thanks Rachael! Love ya girl!

Custom cars and abandoned houses | Senior photography

Loved this gals ideas for her session! We went to an old abandoned house for the first part of the shoot – tar paper, old tires, and beat up walls? Yes, please! Then we trekked up to her aunt and uncles home where her uncle’s custom built car was waiting for us the yard (he built it himself…amazing!) Loved how these turned out! Amy and my little sis were best friends growing up, she lived down the road from my parents house and I have lots of memories of all their crazy sleep-overs, the sounds of them terrorizing our little neighborhood with their dirt-bikes when they were 12 or 13, and many a BBQ at her dad’s house on hot July days. When she contacted me for her photos, it had been a few years since I had seen her and I couldn’t get past the thought of her being a senior…..time goes by FAST! She looked absolutely beautiful, and of course we photographed the session in Rose Valley at my parents and her Dad’s. Thank you Amy for having me as your photographer!

She looked absolutely beautiful for her session. Two years ago I photographed her older sister Samantha and I remember them mentioning they’d be back for Maddies’ photos way back then. After getting off the phone with her mom when we scheduled I was struck with how I seriously feel like I JUST photographed her sister. Then I was struck by how I feel like I JUST had my senior photos taken. I have a kid in kindergarten. I know I didn’t JUST get my senior photos done but it feels like it. Life goes by so fast. Maddie……I promise you in 10 years your going to look back at these and feel like we just did them!!!! Enjoy life and have fun! Thank you for having me as your photographer!
