Tristen | 8 months | Baby photography Longview WA.

My little one is already 8 months old.  He’s sprouted 4 teeth (2 of them being his top canineswhich makes for quite the funny smile!) he’s crawling everywhere, into everything and almost walking.  He is full of miscief, loves to climb, gives the best baby-sloppy kisses (usually followed by a bite!). He  adores his big brother and sister and follows them everywhere. He is the center of our world in this little family. My older two  can’t get enough of him and I can’t count the number of times I’ve caught them sneaking out of their beds and into his crib for some late night peek-a-boo and snuggles.  This year is going by so fast.  I’m so blessed to have the job I have because 1. It gives me the ability to capture this precious time in a beautiful way, and 2. I get to work out of my home for the majority of the time, so I get to fully enjoy him…..even though I’m generally exhausted from pulling late nighters after the kids are in bed.  It’s absolutely worth the $$$ I spend on coffee to be able to cherish this time with him.    I’m so proud to be this little guys mom, he melts my heart, and makes it all worthwhile!   Merry Christmas!!

Baby B | Baby photography Longview Wa.

My sweet friend Autumn brought her little guy into my studio for his one year photos a few days before Chirstmas.   I know I say this everytime I do a one-year session but I feel like I JUST photographed him as a newborn yesterday.  He has grown up so fast!  Him and my little guy are buddies, and everytime our families get together they have fun “playing” together – which at this age primarily consists of climbing over one another, sloppy kisses, and a little friendly hair-pulling. (My little one being the main culprit on that last part!)   Merry Christmas!

My goodness!  I can’t believe she’s already one.  I feel like I just photographed her as a newborn.  It really does go by fast!

Isn’t she just as cute as a bug?  ;-)

4 months | Kelso baby photographer

He’s 4 months old.  He laughs and babbles like crazy.   He just started eating solids.  He’s 17 lbs.  He started saying “mama” the other day, and he hasn’t quite saying it since.   He’s learned how to throw a fit when he doesn’t get what he wants.  But that’s not often because we spoil him.  Bad.   He melts my heart when he snuggle into my arm every night as I rock him to sleep.   My oldest said to me the other morning “I’m so glad we have Tristen, he makes it so fun here, he laughs and plays and pulls my hair and I just love him.”  sigh…….my boys know to how to melt this mama’s heart.

Ok…….so before ya’ll start critiquing my lighting and the fact that the second shot is out of focus….let me explain.   I set little man down to meter in my camera and took a quick test shot.  My lighting = bad.  But then before I had time to fix anything out of nowhere he decided to roll over.  For the first time. EVER.   Yep…got it on camera in front of a drop and everything.  Nevermind that it’s poorly lit, and out of focus. I got the FIRST ROLL OVER EVER!!!!!!!!!

And here he is in all his fat little cuteness.   Don’t you just want to kiss those chubby little cheeks??????

Tristen D!  Your the best and this mama loves you to pieces!!!!!!!

2 months | Baby photography

He’s two months old already.  He’s doubled his birth weight, though he’s only about 3 inches taller.  He sleeps 9 or 10 hours a night, and naps like a champion.  He has super fat cheeks, and thunder thighs.   He makes the cutest faces- smiling, frowning, scowling, cooing, giggling – it’s so precious. My older two adore him, life in their world revolves around Tristen (well….Tristen and angry birds!).   He’s my sweet little blessing.  I’m so glad he’s here!

His many faces:

My little sis took the one on the bottom right of the two of us…..his expression cracks me up!
