I met up with the Seelke family on a somewhat rainy day for some family photos.  Rainy Washington weather can actually make for some pretty fun photos – add in some bright umbrellas and cute smiles and your in for a winning session!  Thanks again to the Seelke family for having me as your photographer and I hope you enjoy your preview! 

It’s been awhile since I’ve had the time to post about me and my family!  You guys (meaning my awesome clients) have kept me pretty booked up for the past little bit! Thank you!  But I do miss sharing my personal side with you all, so I thought I would pull some of my more recent family snapshots out and share!  Enjoy! 

Every year my family makes the treck out the the Pumpkin Farm in Willow Grove.  It seems like every year we go, it pours down rain! So we added another tradition – a shopping trip for rubber boots and umbrellas before heading out to the farm.    It’s always a big muddy mess, with animals everywhere, and pumpkins galore.  But it’s SO much fun!  My kiddos love the petting zoo out there, the hayride is great, the selection of pumpkins is amazing and the owners of this adorable farm of some of the nicest people around!

We had a blast picking out our pumpkins, and checking out the animals, but my favorite part is going back to my in-laws and having our little family harvest party.  Roasted pumpkin seeds, homemade cookies and my mother in-laws amazing homemade apple cider are what keeps us company while carve our pumpkins into some of the ugliest jack o’ lantern’s you ever saw!

I had the pleasure of photographing this absolutely precious 5-day old little girl with her family this week. What an absolute sweetheart she was! Congratulations to mom and dad on your precious new bundle of joy and many blessings to you as you venture into this new chapter of your lives!

I had a wonderful time photographing this maternity/family session. Big brother “H” was full of energy and I had fun chasing him around trying to capture his cute smile! Mom was absolutely glowing, and looked amazing! Thank you for letting me photograph your family Denise, the rest of your photos will be up soon!
