The “H” Family – Kalama Family Portraits
Angie (Mrs.H) is a wonderful friend of mine, I’m gotten to know her more closely over the last two years and I consider myself very blessed to have her as a friend. :-) She is an amazing inspiration of what a wife and mother should be AND she also runs a business – Miracle 1 Events. I’ve worked with her on several events now and I am always amazed at what she is able to pull off….and on a budget too! She recently coordinated my Mom’s 50th b-day party for me and did a WONDERFUL job. It was seriously the most gorgeous birthday party I had ever been too and I couldn’t believe how amazing she made my Mom’s day. I would highly recommend her for any wedding or event you might be planning…she’s wonderful to work with and I was blown away with how my “I want a fall theme” party ended up looking like. (guess I’m going to have to post some photos soon aren’t I!?)
Angie and her wonderful husband. They are both amazing people!
No photo session with these boys would be complete without some funnies!
One of my favorite families! – Longview Family photography
The Green family has to be one of my favorite families out there to photograph. Their little guy is absolutely precious and has one of the most amazing smiles I have ever seen. We did their family session in downtown Kalama last Sunday and I was just loving some of the locations that we used down there. There is so much color and vibrance to that cute little town – I definitely plan on photographing there more often!
Thank you guys for having me as your photographer, I hope you enjoy your preview!
And a few just for fun!
The “S” family – Longview family photographer
It was so fun meeting this adorable family. Their two boys were absolute hams and kept the session entertaining for me to say the least. This was the first time I had gotten to photograph them and it was really a pleasure meeting them all! A big thank you to the “S” family for having me as your photographer. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!
These two boys were so funny! I was loving some of the funny faces they made for me! :-)
Their parents were pretty adorable too!
And one of the whole fam -
The “B” Family – Longview Family Photographer
I met up with this lovely family at their home in Rose Valley for their session. Their kid’s were absolutely adorable! Mr J and Miss S both did awesome for the entire session. Miss S. was so full of smiles the entire time, we did a few photos of her in her little tutu as well and I have to say she is going to make one adorable ballerina when she get’s older!
Thank you to the “B” family for having me as your photographer and the rest of your photos will be finished soon!
Meet the “N” family! – Longview family photographer
I met up with the “N” family last week for a family session out in Rose Valley. Mrs “N” was my old neighbor from when I was a child. We did the session out in the pasture that is in between her parents house and my parents old house. I hadn’t been out there in years and couldn’t stop remembering all of the good times my siblings and I had growing up in some of these very spots that I was shooting in!
When Mrs. N first contacted me and said she had 15 month old twins, I got nervous inside – 15 months is a tricky age to photograph no matter how great the kids are, but two of them….wow! But I’m pleased to say that I was pleasantly surprised by these sweet little gals! They were amazing the entire session and both of them gave me lots of adorable little smiles and giggles. It was great!
A big thank you to the “N” family for having me as your photographer! I hope you enjoy your preview!
Happy New Year Everyone!
I hope you all had a safe and happy new year! I know I did!
My hubby and I have discovered that the older we get the more we like just staying home and relaxing – so that’s exactly what we did! We had a few friends over, ate pizza, drank the worlds best Ginger Ale, watched 90’s Christian music videos on youtube (my hubby didn’t have the luxory of growing up listening to this stuff so I had to share) and then closed out the evening with Disney’s the 3 Musketeers. Lame? Maybe – but we sure liked it and no one has hangover today! Though I am having to suffer through hearing the song All for Love reverberate through my head today, but still better than a hangover in my opinion!
Ok….all that aside, I’m going to be making several posts over the next week with all my new stuff for 2009. My new site should be done here soon (been working hard!), a new pricing structure for prints and weddings, new products and hopefully if I get all my ducks in a row, a fun new promotion for you all!
So I’ll start it out with the print pricing – To view my new pricing go to this link 09 Pricing. It’s a pdf file, so it may take a second to load up for you, but since it’s a pdf file it makes it very easy to print so you won’t have to keep referencing the site if you need the information. I’ll get an html version up here soon, but the pdf one is at least pretty in the meantime.
Pricing has gone up in some areas and down in others – I felt it was necessary to make some adjustments to a few things, my cost has gone up in some areas due to the economy and the cost of shipping, so that’s where things went up. Some things also went down – mostly with larger prints and storyboards, it costs me the same to ship a 16 x 20 print as an 8 x 10 print, (don’t ask me why!) so some of my larger ones will now be more affordable to you. If you booked your session prior to today, you are a lucky person , because you will be getting the best of both worlds – the cheaper gift print prices and the cheaper wall print prices! Also, the structure has changed to make the ordering process more simple. I felt that some of my packages, while very flexible and well liked, over complicated the whole ordering process. So I made these as simple and easy as I possibly could while still maintaining the flexiblity that my clients have loved.
So go ahead and take a look! I always appreciate feedback, so if you have any questions, comments or concerns please feel free to let me know!
Hope you all enjoy the holiday today!
