Brian + Allie = engaged

It’s been awhile since I had time to blog about my clients, but I’m working at getting back into the swing of normal life again!

Allie has been a friend of mine for quite a few years, I’m so excited to see her get married!  I’ll be photographing their wedding this June and I couldn’t be happier for these guys.   I seriously can’t wait to be a part of their special day!  Thanks guys!  Enjoy…..

This post has nothing to do with photography.

For those of you that know me well, you know that I’m an admitted caffeine addict.  I MUST have caffeine each and every day or I am attacked with monstrous headaches the size of Mt. Everest.  Well…..this last week marked the beginning of the season where two of my all time favorite things are combined into one delicious drink that I begin to crave sometime in early July.  Now it’s November and the drink has finally arrived….

yes….the Eggnog Latte has arrived and I am in heaven, well, at least until after Christmas.

My two most favorite drinks on the planet are combined into one hot, steamy and delicious drink, and stored in a beautifully decorated cardboard cup for me to take home and enjoy.

Life is good!   :-)

In search of the Great Pumpkin!

It’s been awhile since I’ve had the time to post about me and my family!  You guys (meaning my awesome clients) have kept me pretty booked up for the past little bit! Thank you!  But I do miss sharing my personal side with you all, so I thought I would pull some of my more recent family snapshots out and share!  Enjoy!  :-)

Every year my family makes the treck out the the Pumpkin Farm in Willow Grove.  It seems like every year we go, it pours down rain! So we added another tradition – a shopping trip for rubber boots and umbrellas before heading out to the farm.    It’s always a big muddy mess, with animals everywhere, and pumpkins galore.  But it’s SO much fun!  My kiddos love the petting zoo out there, the hayride is great, the selection of pumpkins is amazing and the owners of this adorable farm of some of the nicest people around!

We had a blast picking out our pumpkins, and checking out the animals, but my favorite part is going back to my in-laws and having our little family harvest party.  Roasted pumpkin seeds, homemade cookies and my mother in-laws amazing homemade apple cider are what keeps us company while carve our pumpkins into some of the ugliest jack o’ lantern’s you ever saw!

My husband – Bryce, and my nephew – Declan.  Aren’t they just cute!

Thanksgiving dinner never looked better!

In search of the perfect pumpkin!

Still searching………

Issac (my other nephew) and Olivia had so much fun in the mud puddles!

If my family were pumpkins, this is what we would look like!  :)

….and this is why no one in the Lemmons family should ever consider a career in professional pumpkin carving!

Fun at the park…

My kiddos and I took a trip to Riverside Park in Longview.  We had fun exploring the dike, checking out the river together and picking flowers.

What a cheeseball…..lol.  (I had to bribe him with ice cream to even get him to give my camera the time of day!)

When they found out that water came out of the faucet, they all of a sudden decided they were ‘dying’ of thirst…..
